Arboretum...again!

Sam enjoying a snack in the patch!

Levi saw the goat...

Levi climbed the fence...

Levi trying to figure out what to do now that he's in...

Ok, so we loved our time at the Arboretum on Saturday so much... we came back today! It was "Mommy and Me Monday"! There were crafts, games, face painting, music, animals, and a beautiful environment! Today we were joined by my friend Erika and her youngest Ben. The boys had a great time...and we did too!

Arboretum Pumpkin Patch

Sorry I am behind on the blog! We have been spending alot of time outside...enjoying the perfect weather. This past weekend we went to the Dallas Arboretum! I just love it there! Right now it is a big pumpkin patch! It's not Bishop's Pumpkin Farm...but it's nice! All of you that live close enough to Bishop's...be sure to take advantage of that wonderful place...wish I could go!!

Pampered Chef!

I have started a new venture...being a Pampered Chef Consultant! Now that I only have the two little boys home during the day, I figured I would try it! My consultant kit came the other day and it was so fun. We all sat around the table and opened everything...the kids loved it. It was fun listening to them tell each other what they thought their tool was for!

I have my first cooking show booked and a catalog show getting ready to start! So if any of you need anything or would like to do a show...just let me know...I'll get a catalog out to you!

Our Teachers

Abigail and Mrs. Brooks

Andrew and Mrs. Mason

Today the new school year begins...

Andrew has been waiting for this day since the first day of summer...Abbie has been waiting for this day since Andrew left last year for his first day of Kindergarten! They were so fun last night. All the excitement anticipating the first day of school. This past week Andrew has been giving Abbie tips, shortcuts, and the do's and dont's of Kindergarten. It's been fun listening to all the buzz!

Andrew has the same all the same kids in his class as he did last year. This class will be together until the completion of 6th grade. Makes it easier for him already having familiar faces. Abbie already knew her teachers because they were Andrew's last year....and she did spanish tutoring this summer too. There are 2 other girls that Abbie met at tutoring that are in her class as well.

We are looking forward to a great year! We'll keep you posted!

Busy Summer!!

Ok everybody...I'm a little behind on my blog! This summer has been busy! The kids have been a full time job!! We have taken our normal trips to the zoo and arboretum...in addition we have gone to Six Flags over Texas and the Barnum & Bailley Circus! Fun times! Andrew and Abbie have been going to Spanish tutoring twice a week! It's been fun to hear them yacking to each other in spanish. Abbie is so excited to start school and Andrew is anxious to get back! Kayla will be here for a couple more weeks before heading back to North Dakota. She was able to do cheerleading camp with one of the church's in town. She really enjoyed that! Sam and Levi continue to grow into precious little guys day after day! They are just enjoying having a house full of kids! As for Rick and I...we are just taking it a day at a time!
