Andrew just got his new glasses. Today is his first day taking them to school...he is very excited! What a handsome guy!

Congrats to our cousin Rich...the giant slayer!
Rich, Michele, and Uncle Ray were here in Dallas this weekend! We packed in a great visit in a very short time! Rich is a mma fighter and had a title match here this weekend. Of course he won and is now the No Limits Fighting Heavyweight Champion of the World! Rick and I were able to see him take the title belt....it was AWESOME! The guy he fought was a big ol sucker...but didn't stand a chance! Way to go Rich...we are your biggst fans! So glad we got to be a part of it! Had the best time with you guys and look forward to the next time! Pictures of our fun weekend to follow! love you all!

January 13 Andrew's #6 Birthday!
Happy Birthday Andrew! How can he be 6 years old already? This year he decided that his birthday party would be at the Bouncin' Around Party Center here in town. He was excited to invite his school class and some other family and friends! We all had so much fun! The kids jumped non-stop! (even some of the grown ups!!) It was a great time and Andrew was glad that he was able to share it with everyone! After the bounce house time...we had more party time at home! It was a full day! Kayla and Andrew had a hard time BOUNCIN out of bed this morning for school! I guess they used it all up yesterday! love you all!

Our Day at the Dallas Arboretum!
Today we went to the Dallas Arboretum! We had so much fun! The kids loved it more than I thought they would. Andrew made the comment that he "liked this place better than the zoo!" They spent a lot of time playing in the little Texas Town. A little town of about 8 different rustic playhouses. It was a bit on the cold side so not a lot of other people around today!! They had the whole place to themselves! We wandered around and through all the different gardens and ponds! What an incredible place! Looking forward to spending more time there this next year!
